Lockdown DRAMA
UPDATES
We have learned new ways of pursuing our drama activities during lockdown, thanks to Zoom, which we use for play readings, social evenings and quiz nights. We have ‘staged’ successful Café Theatre events where small groups of our actors performed short sketches - several written by our members. We also included Not a Friend of the Family written by Nicolas Ridley.
In November we zoom staged the premiere of Full Moon at the Bridge Street Cafe by Leafy Scott adapted by Suzie Wilde, with a cast of 13. See the review.
In December we had a very successful Christmas Celebration with Zoom plays and a quiz. See POCKET THEATRE for 3 new plays.
