What's On

New Venture

Zoom talk and Masterclass from Isobel Arnett

We have learned new ways of pursuing our drama activities during lockdown, thanks to Zoom which we use for play readings, social evenings and quiz nights.  In July and September we ‘staged’  successful Café Theatre events where small groups of our actors performed short sketches - several written by our members. We also included Not a Friend of the Family written by Nicolas Ridley. The evenings were punctuated by a welcome break for refreshments sitting at virtual tables. We shall be repeating this exercise on future occasions. Take a look above at some stills of our production, and see below a video of one of the plays.

Funtington Players is an amateur dramatics club in Funtington,

Chichester, West Sussex. In

normal times we  perform our productions at The Village Hall,

West Ashling.
